Migraine Headaches

Migraines are such a tough headache to figure out, in fact some people confuse a Tension headache with a Migraine. Now Migraines have different ways to start and are different for everyone. Mine start where I "See Spots" or "See Stars." Now Dr's call this an Orea. You also have a very bad sensitive to light, loud nosies and nausa. Now since Migraines are such a hard headache to figure so must people do go see their family doctor and get diagonised with Migraines.

Now below is a list of Triggers that people may or may not of, I know I did not know half of them so it was a surprise to me. The biggest thing with Triggers is to learn how to either mineimize them in your life or how to elimate them.
Common Triggers:
* Emotional Stress
* A Females Menstral Cycle
* A Change in one's Sleep Pattern witch would include Extreme Fatigue/Tiriedness
* Caffeine intake or Yes Even Caffeine Withdrawl
* Skipping Meals or Even Fasting
* A Change in the Weather Conditions now this one surprised me.
* Extreme Exercise
* Smoking
* Bright and or Flickering Lights so yes those Floursient lights could be causing those headaches.
* Strong Odors or even some Perfumes. So you may want to be careful when putting on your favorite perfume and not put to much on.

Now that you know the triggers, how you feel with a Migraine. I would like to explain some things about Celiac Disease and Migraines. So now it is still new but, some evidence is suggeting that children who do suffer from Migraines do face a much greater risk of Developing Celiac Disease. What I found to be very interesting is people with Celiac Disease do suffer terrible Migraines. The thing is if they stay on a Gluten Free diet the Migraines can be reduced. Women with Celiac Disease even if they do stay on a Gluen Free diet can still suffer from Migraines that can be releated to their menstraly cycle.

Some very interesting facts about Migraines is that only about 4% of suffers truely do have Ciliac Disease. What I found very interesting an Italian researcher found that if you do eat a Gluten Free Diet that it may be a cure for Migraines. Now talking about Italians and this could be why so much research is done in Rome with Celiac Disease and Migraines, is that Italians are carriers of Celiac Disease. Family member of mine told me about this and I thought this would be a good thing for others to know about. So if you are of Italian hertiage like I am 4th generation born in the United States. You may want to let your family Dr. know about this and start to get a Gluten Free Diet. The thing is it only will start to show up if you have a tramtic insatdint.

Now that we have talked about Food Triggers lets talk about some other kinds of Triggers that are out there. After the Food Actives and Chemicals Triggers list I will also list a Food and Drink list I honestly and truely hope that these list will help.
